Step 1

Inquire

Fill out the Initial Inquiry Form with your contact information, financial qualifications, and territory of interest.

Step 2

Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Upon receipt of your Initial Inquiry Form, we will contact you to set a date and time to speak with a Sales Director. It is a no obligation call, more of an informal conversation to get to know each other. We very much want to learn about you and your interest in our childcare business. We’ll also take this time to provide you with information about market availability and next steps.

Step 3

Application
After this initial call, if our franchise professional believes you meet the personality and financial profiles, we will send you a more comprehensive application. Deadlines for submission will be discussed and we will provide a contact number in case you have any questions. When we receive this application, we will forward the 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Step 4

Evaluation
While you review the FDD, our team will evaluate your application. You can expect some back and forth calls or emails during this phase. That way you get the clearest possible picture of our childcare business, and we can get the clearest possible picture of your suitability. If we confirm you as a qualified candidate, you will be invited to join us for an in-depth look at Celebree School!

Discover Celebree School
This is the best part! You will be welcomed to join us for Discovery Day where we’ll conduct a behind-the-scenes tour of our flagship location and Center for Excellence in Education (corporate offices and training center) in Lutherville, MD. Over the course of 1 to 2 days, candidates will get to know our founder and each of our franchise leadership team members. They will also have the opportunity to visit some of our franchise schools and learn from franchisees who have been in their shoes. This is when we really come together as a group of people focused on something that’s bigger than all of us.

Each room is furnished with specific needs in mind for all ages of Celebree students. With two separate playgrounds, Celebree students have the freedom to explore and enjoy the outdoors.

At Celebree School, we plan appropriate activities and strategies to help children meet their developmental milestones. Children are particularly intuitive. They know when an educator is genuine. When they feel that comfort level and understand that we are focused on their best interests, they will learn and grow.

When you sign the franchise agreement your $60,000 fee grants you an exclusive right to use the Celebree School System and our Propriety Marks.

Once you have signed a letter of intent (LOI) for your location, the $27,500 Site Development fee is paid.

Prior to attending the Celebree School Management Training Program the Training and Opening Assistance fee of $27,500 is paid.

Our Manager of Real Estate works one-on-one with each franchise owner to secure a location. Once the Site Development fee is paid and the exclusive search territory has been agreed upon, most sites are found in 90 to 180 days.

The time to open depends on how quickly you find your real estate location. Once you become a Celebree School franchise owner, you have our full support to get you up and running quickly. We will help you elevate real estate options, design your center, and recruit and train your team. Additionally, we provide one-on-one guidance to help open your Celebree School. Once you commit to a location and sign your lease, you may be open in as few as three to six months. Our team will guide you through the licensing process to ensure it is efficiently completed and all licensing requirements for opening are met.

Celebree has a proprietary curriculum for our infant and school age programs. We utilize the Creative Curriculum for toddlers through Pre-K. Our classrooms are uniquely designed with interest areas and materials to support the growth and development of young learners. Our team will support you with classroom design, materials, and curriculum tools and training.

You can hire a School Director to run your school if you will not be the on-site owner operator. Someone has to be an on-site owner/operator 50% of the time. We believe that many Celebree School owners will own more than one unit. Your dedication to creating the Celebree Excellence in Education and fulfilling our mission and vision at each school is most important – hiring a great director is a must for any franchise owner. We excel in this area and will support you in your team development.

 Similar to enrollments ramping up during the opening of your school, the number of team members will grow as well. Hiring needs are calculated utilizing state mandated ratios and maximum group sizes.  A typical Celebree School has a Full-Time Director and Assistant Director, 10-15 full-time lead teachers, 10-15 Aide, interns or Assistants, and 5 or more substitutes.

Yes, each school requires state and/or local licensing. Childcare licensing standards set the minimum acceptable health, safety, and programming standards for the legal operation of childcare programs. Childcare licensing regulations are set by individual states. Some counties, cities, or municipalities may also have their own set of childcare licensing standards.
